Elizabeth Pennington Long is a certified herbalist, artisan, and the founder of Lake Creek Soap Co. & Herbal Apothecary, proudly located in the heart of Heber City, Utah, within the welcoming space of Body & Soul Studios. With a lifelong love of plants and natural healing, Elizabeth has spent years studying herbal medicine, plant energetics, and traditional healing practices to bring a holistic and deeply intentional approach to her work.

As a skilled herbalist, Elizabeth formulates and handcrafts a wide variety of wellness products designed to support the body’s natural healing processes.
